In recognition of International Women's Day 2021, the West-Eastern Divan Orchestra's principal partner, Quintet Private Bank, invited our musicians to give a private digital performance and join an online conversation. Yamen Saadi (violin), Jamila Asgarzade (violin), Katrin Spiegel (viola) and Assif Binness (cello) played the fourth movement of Fanny Hensel-Mendelssohn's String Quartet in E-flat Major. The performance was recorded at the Pierre Boulez Saal of the Barenboim-Said Akademie in Berlin on Monday 1st March 2021.
